Following an initial consultation, we can work together through affordable, personalised sessions in my own comfortable and private consultation room, allowing me to help you to work through any unresolved issues you may have. Sessions can also take place over telephone and Zoom (restrictions apply). 

I also offer walking and talking therapy which takes us out of the therapy room where we can we walk and talk without the constraints of being inside. Some clients are more comfortable walking and talking and find it easier to start discussing their problems when strolling along the pavement or a country path.
