What is it?

Therapeutic coaching is a blended holistic approach combining the depth of therapeutic techniques to address both personal and professional challenges with the goal-orientated structure of coaching.

It can help individuals to explore the root causes of issues, develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable change

 I offer evidence-based, tailored sessions that focuses on developing a trusting, safe working relationship with you. I don't set homework or goals for the sake of it, although that is one technique I use, I will help you to understand yourself  and your life through insightful conversations and curiosity.
